All-Inclusive Pricing In-House Lease Plan (with Purchase Option)

The perks of our program are already included in our prices, so the price you see includes all of our benefits already! Benchmark's in-house program also allows you the option to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease. Our vehicles are thoroughly inspected and fully serviced by multiple certified mechanics. What does the all-inclusive pricing include?:

1. We include a 36,000 mile warranty on every vehicle offered.
2. We include free oil changes every six months.
3. We pay the property taxes on the vehicle for the life of your lease.
4. We offer roadside assitance for our warranty program.
5. We include a full tank of gas the day you get your vehicle.
6. We include a GAP waiver for the life of your lease.
7. We offer shorter terms and lower payments.
8. We never lock you into strict, long-term contracts.
9. We include a 13 month trade option (details under "Trade Options").
10. We allow a flexible payment plan to match your work pay schedule.

This is all included in your contract because we want to keep things simple!

Our qualifications are based on your income, not your credit. We won't ever check your credit. Typically, income qualifications start around $1,600 per month of take home pay. We are happy to review your income to get you qualified. It only takes a few minutes!

If the vehicle isn't meeting your needs or you just feel like driving something new, you can trade into a different vehicle with a reduced down payment or simply walk away by paying a $100 early termination fee after just thirteen months. You always maintain control when financed with us, because you can terminate the lease and simply walk away after just thirteen months, you will also never have negative equity when financing with us. Simply stated, our in-house lease plan is the most customer friendly in-house program in the industry.

*Our lease plans range 33 to 48 months and have a purchase option. No security deposit is required.

*All vehicles listed for in-house lease financing are offered exclusively as operating leases and will have a down payment listed next to them under our inventory tab. If there is not a down payment listed, the vehicle is only available for outside financing or cash sale.
