In-House Financing (through us, no credit check required):

For our in-house lease plans, we never check credit because we base our approvals on your job, affordability and friendliness. No joke! We want to do business with friendly and happy people who appreciate the same in return! We also want to set you up in a successful situation, so we require your payments to be less than 20% of your take home pay for approvals.

We do consider other factors such as time in the area or at your job, but our main focus is on affordability and friendliness. It is as simple as that... no five page application asking for 30 references, no invasive questions and absolutely no credit check, ever. Our #1 goal is to get you approved and driving, and with the fastest process in the industry, you can be in and out with a vehicle in less than an hour!

To calculate what you are approved for, multiply your after tax (take home) pay by 20%. Your weekly payment has to be less than this amount. For example, if you take home $400 per week after taxes, you qualify for an $80/week payment ($400 x 20% = $80). Sound confusing? Don't worry! We are here to help and can get you approved in just a few minutes with a phone call or by filling out our simple online approval application found at the top of the page.

If your income is less than our requirement for the advertised price, you can still get approved by simply putting more money down! The more money you put down, the lower your regular payment will be!

Our average payments run $75 - $110 per week and are listed next to each vehicle in our inventory section. You can also pay monthly if your pay is set up monthly, but your payments must be set up on auto draft (we can use your debit card!) Again, we post all payments and down payments up front in our 'inventory' section listed above.

Note: Our listed down payments are out-the-door down payments, meaning they include all taxes, DMV fees, doc fees, etc. You will not need a penny more than what we have posted to leave the dealership with the vehicle if you meet the minimum income requirement for qualifications.

What you need to bring with you in order to get approved for our in-house program:

1. North Carolina Driver's License (valid and current)
2. Proof of Income (last two pay stubs or last two bank statements)
3. Proof of Residence (a piece of mail like a utility bill or something comparable)
4. Down Payment (Checks not accepted) - If you are planning to use a credit or debit card, there is an additional 3% credit card processing fee. Cash or cashiers checks require no additonal fee.
5. Insurance - Securing insurance is often the most time consuming part of the delivery process, and we must have an insurance policy in hand before we can release the vehicle. You are welcome to use any insurance company of your choice, or we are happy to put you in contact with some companies we use regularly.

*We are not able to use for hire commercial driving income (e.g. Uber, Lyft, Dominos, DoorDash, etc.) for approvals, and our in-house leased vehicles are not allowed to be used for hire privately or commercially for any reason. All of our in-house leased vehicles are permitted for personal use by the specific individual(s) on the lease contract only.

*We are only able to approve customers who live within 70 miles of our dealership.

Benchmark Auto Additional Lease Details

1. Our lease terms range from 33 to 48 months depending on the vehicle, and they all have a purchase option. No security deposit is required.

3. All leases are able to be canceled early with a termination fee.
4. All vehicles listed for in-house lease financing are offered exclusively as operating leases and will have a down payment listed next to them under our inventory tab. If there is not a down payment listed, the vehicle is only available for outside financing or cash sale.
5. All advertised payments are subject to change based on qualifications, contingent upon approval, and may not apply to each individual.
